AtWork Personnel - Irondale is seeking detail orientated and directive driven candidates for an Access Control Clerk position with a local hospital.

 

Access Control Clerk:

An access control clerk is a multifaceted data entry position in support of the parking and security program. Candidates should be proficient in database entry and microsoft office programs. Ideal candidates will have strong multi-tasking abilities, able to work under deadlines, have a strong customer service demeanor, systematic and should be directive driven.

Daily Job Duties

Manage daily access control requests from health system admin, managers and associates who submit requests.

Manage daily parking access requests from tenant staff, health system staff and vendors.

Print ID badges and enter on boarding contingent associates into the AMAG database.

Act as a liaison between medical affairs and security; assisting with access requests and new badge requests for physician staff.

Manage master vehicle index for the Birmingham campus (enter car information)

Ticket input, and ticket output in Security’s CAD system.

Route technical issues to security technician.

Other administrative assignments as instructed.
