AtWork Personnel Manhattan has a national construction retail service provider looking for Bid Coordinator to join its team.
The Coordinator is responsible for contacting all subcontractors for bids, issuing requests, following up to receive all information, checking for accuracy and working with our Estimating team to assure great relations with our subcontractors.
The candidate must be experienced in customer service, heavy outgoing and incoming phone calls. The individual must be well organized, able to multi-task projects and deliver exceptional results on a timely basis. The candidate must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a background in construction of 2 years is required. The ability to read and understand blueprints is a bonus.
