Job Title:      Branch Manager

Supervises:  [all branch employees]

Status:           exempt

 

Job Summary:

Lead team to drive business performance through acquisition, coaching, business development and retention of customer relationships. The branch manager leads by example, embodying our vision statement and uncompromising principals, while continuously motivating, inspiring and developing his/her team with new challenges

Essential Functions:

CUSTOMER

  • Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
  • Establish good working relationships with new customers
  • Resolving customer problems as needed
  • Managing daily operations, especially customer services and finance activities and make improvements as needed
  • Do whatever it takes to exceed the service expectations of our client

TEAM

  • Organizing and executing training programs for branch personnel
  • Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, eliminating inefficiencies and encouraging excellence in the work environment
  • Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
  • Conducting regular sales and operations meetings
  • Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions and other relevant information
  • Conduct one on one meetings with direct reports

BUSINESS

  • Organizing marketing activities and events for branch
  • Increasing brand awareness for company within the community
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations within the community
  • Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry within your state
  • Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
  • Drafting forecasts and business plans
  • Managing budgets, allocating branch funds and defining financial objectives
  • Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities or achieve goals
  • Adhering to high ethical and professional standards
  • Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities
  • Developing and implementing sales plans

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure payroll is ran and complete each week
  • Assist with managing workers compensation and unemployment claims
  • Manage e-verification to ensure I9 compliance
  • Complete Employment verification forms as needed
  • Manage W.O.T.C.
