Job Title: Call Center Agent (Qualified Banker)
Available Shift(s) 9:30am-6:30pm Monday thru Friday
Compensation: 12.00/hr. plus commission (goes to 13 after 90 days)

Description: Outbound sales call center agents focused in mortgage banking, mainly refinancing. Must be able to operate a computer with basic software. Must have a proven reliable track record. Must be available during operational hours. Must be able to sit and be on the phone 8 hours per day making upwards of 500 calls.
Job Requirements: Must be willing to submit to a drug and background check.
Preferred Experience: No experience necessary, just a never quit attitude and a customer come first mentality.
