Job Summary: Drive business through new client acquisition, business development and growing existing client relationships. The sales/service manager leads by example, embodying our vision statement and uncompromising principals while relentlessly driving business forward and supporting Account and Branch Manager operationally, administratively and recruiting.

Key Business Indicators

1. Continuous growth (new and current clients)
2. High Client Satisfaction Ratings
3. Hitting minimum gross margin expectation
4. 100 client touches per week
5. 3 in person client meetings
6. 60 percent outside sales 40% in house operational focus

Job Responsibilities:
1. Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure high satisfaction and gain useful feedback
2. Establish good working relationships with customers
3. Resolve customer problems/concerns/issues as needed and timely
4. Develop and assist branch operations with implementing new processes and/or procedures to strengthen our service level
5. Recruit new employees as needed to ensure the highest levels of service
6. Do whatever it takes to exceed the service expectations of our clients

1. Execute business development activities
2. Organize marketing activities and events for brand and for the branch staff
3. Increase brand awareness within the community
4. Be a subject matter expert in the areas of recruiting and employee retention by knowing and understanding all local/state and national labor laws to properly advise clients
5. Assess market conditions and identify opportunities accordingly
6. Plan and forecast weekly/monthly/quarterly goals and business development campaigns
7. Adhere to a high ethical and professional standard
8. Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities
9. Develop and implement annual sales strategy

Preferred Experience:

1.) B2B sales and/or marketing

2.) Direct experience recruiting and/or hiring in some capacity

3.) Preferred direct industry experience in light industrial staffing
