We are looking for Customer Service Support candidate for our client in Hialeah.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support internal customer service team as requested
  • Interacts with customers and vendors in a friendly, timely manner, ensure customers’ and vendors ‘questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Enters customer complaints in Fab Sugar and assists with resolving issues
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate with customers, vendors and company personnel in a positive and proactive manner.
  • Process REA requests, follow up and send to customers
  • Process BOB quotes as requested 



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) required
  • Exceptional English writing/speaking skills
  • Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
  • Computer savvy
  • Data Entry skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
  • Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
  • Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
  • Very detail oriented.

Salary $16.50 hour plus benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) after probationary period

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm M-F
