We are looking for Customer Service Support candidate for our client in Hialeah.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support internal customer service team as requested
- Interacts with customers and vendors in a friendly, timely manner, ensure customers’ and vendors ‘questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Enters customer complaints in Fab Sugar and assists with resolving issues
- Demonstrates ability to communicate with customers, vendors and company personnel in a positive and proactive manner.
- Process REA requests, follow up and send to customers
- Process BOB quotes as requested
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) required
- Exceptional English writing/speaking skills
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
- Computer savvy
- Data Entry skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
- Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
- Very detail oriented.
Salary $16.50 (+DOE) hour plus benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) after probationary period
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm M-F
