Job Description

We are currently hiring for a High Volume Talent Sourcer to assist with the organizations recruiting efforts. Candidates should be familiar with the following areas: high volume sourcing, phone-screening, This is a perfect role for someone looking to gain entry-level experience into Recruiting.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Sources for positions in the organization, such as light industrial.
  • Assists with new hire onboarding by making sure new hire paperwork is correctly completed and submitted to Corporate office.
  • Assists with recruiting by screening resumes, calling and scheduling interviews for hiring managers.
  • Assists new hire and rehire forms such as i-9s and W4s.
  • Assists with new employee orientation tasks such as setting them up on the time clock system, issuing building access cards, showing them the facilities and going over general rules, procedures and policies.
  • Ensures appropriate matches between position requirements and candidates
  • Coordinates and works closely with onsite recruiters.
  • Assist recruiters and attends onsite recruiting fairs.
  • Monitors and provides insight for recruitment work flow.
  • Ensures that all hiring practices are in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
  • Maintains all career opportunity postings for organization
  • Other administrative duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Skills, Education and Training

  • At least 2 years of Human Resources support experience.
  • Exercise of good judgment and confidentiality handling sensitive information and documents.
  • Great work ethic.
  • Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to operate office type equipment such as computer, printer, copier and scanner.
  • Strong English reading, writing and speaking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to prioritize work and multi task successfully.
  • Preferred experience with Applicant Tracking systems/Talent Management software
  • Must have strong organization skills and the ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Strong drive for results with the ability to operate successfully in a team based environment
  • Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external contacts
