Job Summary: At the front desk you are the first face candidates see and leave the most lasting impression. Smiling faces and positive attitudes at all times, even during times of high volume is the key to this position.
Job Description: In this position you are supporting the recruiters to help them find candidates, schedule interviews and answer candidate questions (such as payroll) You will also be ensuring candidates are onboarded according to Michigan Labor Laws, all application and profiles are completed, employee’s are e-verified, and have a payment method.
Job Requirements: Must be highly organized, ability to multi-task between emails, phones, text, computers and employee questions. Must be highly proficient with computer programs (internet browsing, excel, word, and other software’s) Must be able to maintain composure during periods of high volume. Must have a welcoming phone voice.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to go from a sitting to standing position often, must be able to bend, twist, stretch and lift up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Experience: Individuals with a customer service background, retail, restaurant, administration or staffing.
