The Support Desk Representative handles information desk calls, inquiries or issues, providing helpful information to policyholders and insurance agents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides excellent service over the telephone
  • Log and respond to all website issues
  • Resourcefully resolves new issues while respecting the guidelines of what we can and cannot do for a caller
  • Researches, analyzes, and resolves complex issues for agents and insured's
  • Accesses and enter data into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system for detailed call reporting
  • Support the information desk with administrative tasks related to shipping, mailing, inventory organization, etc
  • Import data into the CRM system
  • Resolve technical issues for agents over the phone (help desk calls)


Job Type: Full-time


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Insurance Industry experience
  • 3 or more years of professional work experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office suite of applications (such as MS Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Type 60+ WPM
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to see the big picture
  • Ability to handle an environment that's regularly changing
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
