AtWork Personnel is looking for a highly organized Operation Assistant to fulfill day-to-day administrative, organizational, and logistical activities of a local spirits company. This is an exciting entry level opportunity to work with a growing and award winning start up company.

  • Administrative Filing & Reporting
  • Event Planning
  • ABC & Legal Compliance
  • Merchandise purchasing and reordering
  • Inventory Management
  • Organizational Systems Implementation
  • Audio Transcription (Typist)
  • Act as a Brand Representative in the marketplace
  • Mailing and Printing
  • Booking appointments
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Diligent Note taking of conference calls
  • Organization & Management of Brand Ambassadors
  • Mail Management & Organization
  • Organize Workflow for Effectiveness & Efficiency

Job Requirements

Desired Skill Sets:

Accuracy and Attention to Detail – Understanding of the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.

Desktop Tools – Knowledge of and ability to use office support tools available on the desktop (e.g., word processing, e-mail, presentation software and spreadsheets).

Effective Communications – Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Office Administration – Ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams.
