A growing medical device company, voted as one of the Best Companies to work for in San Diego, based in Carlsbad is looking for a Sales Order Processor with a minimum of 1 and half years of processing product orders doing data entry. This large medical device company believes that their employees are key to their success!
The Order Processor is responsible for receiving and accurately entering orders from customers and Sales Representatives in a timely manner. Attention to detail is key.
-Receives customer orders through a variety of sources including fax, email, mail, internal customers and other Customer Care Representatives.
-Enters data into system with accuracy and within department performance indicators.
-Makes outbound calls to Sales Reps/Customers if clarification on order information is needed.
-Issues Credit/Rebills to the Credit/Re bill Processor when applicable.
-Backs up mail room including processing of invoices and statements and outgoing mail.
-Proficiency with programs such as MS Outlook, Word, and Excel as well as the ability to compose and understand data grouping and data selection criteria and formulas. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.
-Previous Oracle experience is preferred.
