We are recruiting for an experienced Property Manager for the Palm Desert area. Candidate must have good written and communication skills as well as computer knowledge (Excel & Word). This is a full time position Monday-Friday with occasional weekends. 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with Board of Directors of HOAs
  • Attend monthly meetings
  • Respond to owner questions/complaints/requests
  • Prepare monthly meeting agendas
  • Produce Board meeting minutes
  • Prepare draft budgets for annual review & distribution
  • Work with vendors to obtain bids for property maintenance & repairs
  • Handle all mailing/email distribution of Association information to homeowners
  • Monthly walk throughs to review landscape maintenance
  • Review Association invoices and prepare for accounting
  • Work with in-house personnel on escrows, billing, legal and gate issues
  • Basic knowledge of financial statements

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
