AtWork Personnel is seeking an experienced Sales Business Development Manager for our growing office.

The Sales Business Development Manager is a B2B sales position that is responsible for meeting with local companies to provide staffing and recruiting services. They are the face of our business and our resident experts on finding successful solutions for their clients. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, love managing a territory and helping organizations succeed, this is the job for you!

Summary:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for locating, developing, and expanding prospective business relationships with small to medium size companies who desire flexibility in the workplace and need quality skilled candidates. A successful Business Development Manager has a demonstrated track record of success with both developing new business opportunities and increasing business with existing accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Extremely proficient at cold calling, prospecting potential clients, managing a territory, and developing a sales plan.
  • Productivity Expert: manages time, sets priorities, meets deadlines, handles multiple tasks simultaneously
  • People Champion: builds relationships, interacts positively with all levels of people, remains current on labor and employment laws
  • Technologically Inclined: proficiently uses Microsoft products, Outlook, and CRM system
  • Convert Leads: set meetings, build relationships, and close sales
  • Maintain an accurate database by continually updating company and contact information
  • Assist staff with recruiting and interviewing job candidates when needed

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years staffing or B2B sales experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Great at multitasking
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Able to communicate effectively through e-mail.
  • Effective Networking
  • Great negotiation skills and able to deliver a sales pitch effectively
