Sales Support Administrator

AtWork has a Medical Device Manufacturer in Jacksonville that is seeking a Sales Support Administrator. This position works with our internal Sales Reps to take orders for hospitals and medical groups who consign surgical kits. As the items in the Kits are used the Rep bills the hospital for used resources.
Provide support and corresponds with company sales representatives on a daily basis to have such items as Sales Support sets, instruments for meetings and other sales aides sent out.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicates with Sales Force to maintain materials on accounts.
- Use of SAP
- Generates sales orders, return orders and quotes.
- Responds to inquiries from the sales force by providing feedback via telephone or email.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
