We are currently looking for a SELLING BRANCH MANAGER for our Roseville location. We are looking for someone who is result driven, competitive, has a great leadership skill, and enjoy building relationship with others.
Summary of Duties
- Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, scheduling appointments and building relationships.
- Identify, hire, manage, and develop internal staff for branch.
- Create recruiting plans to develop talent pool for future and existing openings.
- Manage market operations for P&L, Revenue, Gross Profit and bottom line profitability.
- Build and develop relationships with clients and partners through service excellence and operational discipline.
- Ensure high satisfaction and retention levels with associates and clients.
- Perform service reviews with accounts.
- Manage Productivity of employees at client premises.
- Prepare proposals, bids and presentations – Manage perm fees + temp GM% + $.
- Administer bookkeeping, payroll processing, computer input, reporting, billing etc. associated with branch operations.
- Branch profit and quarterly growth.
- Minimum of 5+ years in staffing industry to include management, staffing sales, recruiting, and account management experience.
- Demonstrable sales success results and proven track record.
- Superior leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to deliver high level of customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Advanced computer literacy and ability to quickly adapt to new technology.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma.
