We are expanding in Houston and looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our outside sales team in the Houston, TX area (Katy, Sugarland, Cypress, Spring, and The Woodlands). We are looking for a competitive and financially driven individual who works well independently. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and goal oriented and enjoys being challenged. 

Our recent growth has created an opportunity for an Outside Sales Consultant. AtWork Personnel Services looks for highly motivated, results orientated Sales Professionals with a hunter mentality, which can manage a territory and drive profitable growth.

Accepting entry level candidates that are pursuing a sales career.

The Role

  • Accurately maintain a full sales pipeline in CRM
  • Build and maintain your own pipeline through cold-calling, networking, referrals and setting appointments
  • Meet with Decision Makers at their place of business to educate prospects on our services
  • Be an expert navigating the decision-making tree to understand how decisions are made and who makes decisions
  • Acquire new service contracts
  • Territory management and closing skills

Requirements

  • Positive attitude
  • A desire and commitment to become an expert in the industry and our services
  • Full sales life cycle experience
  • B2B consultative sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Comfortable working independently with a stellar work ethic and desire to acquire new business
  • Coach-able with a natural desire to improve your skill set every day
  • Proficiency in a CRM preferred
