Job Description

A subsidiary of an international Manufacturer that sells to retailers, designers and end-users throughout the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean seeks an Office Manager to join the team. This friendly, casual, service driven office seeks a reliable, responsible and detail-oriented Office Manager to run the daily operations of office.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Answer the phone and monitor daily emails

· Entering sales orders and creating invoices in QuickBooks

· Assembly and packaging of product

· Unloading pallets

· Ordering Inventory and Inventory control

· Monitoring online sales orders and handling returns

· Sales support

· Replenish/order office supplies

· Payroll

· Creating monthly sales and financial reports

· Filing sales taxes and assisting in company tax filing·

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Wholesale and retail experience preferred

· Customer service experience preferred

· Sales experience preferred

· Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields

· Accounting knowledge

· Payroll experience using Gusto

· Experience/knowledge with QuickBooks

· Experience/knowledge with Excel/Word/Outlook

· Experience with Square and PayPal

· UPS World Ship a plus

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Strong organizational skills

· Detail oriented

· Ability to lift 18-plus pounds

· Comfortable working alone
